    Select service and enter floor area

    Cleaners and duration are automatically determined by your home's floor area.

    Choose an available date and time

    Bookings start on the hour. Unavailable slots are disabled.

    Select Cleaning Credits when applicable

    Apply Cleaning Credits to the booking if you have them.

  4. 4

    Confirm service area

    We check coverage before asking for your complete address and contact details.

  5. 5

    Enter address and customer details

    Full address, contact person, access notes, pets and special instructions.

  6. 6

    Review and accept policies

    Review the total price and accept the Terms, Privacy and Cancellation policies.

  7. 7

    Complete full payment

    Full payment will be required once payment becomes available.

  8. 8

    Receive the booking number

    Issued only after confirmed full payment — formatted like LG-2026-000001.
